This week was by the the worst week! Mark and I both are SICK! I swear, 105 degrees outside and we both managed to wrangle up a cold somewhere. I got mine first, came home from work early, and Mark followed soon thereafter. Thursday night I got 2.5 hours of sleep because I could not stop coughing- Mark, due to the wonders of medicine, had some cough syrup with Codiene but I was exempt, baby-style, from partaking. Friday I took the day off and did not get out of bed or leave the house ALL day! Yesterday we lounged around most of the day and didn't venture out until later in the evening after a little cabin fever had set in. We made it through church today (one cough attack is was all for me) and we are really looking forward to the day off tomorrow. We did purchase a new camera so pictures of the babies room will be soon to follow.

33 weeks and counting!

Wow how time flies. Nothing is cooler than being pregnant at this stage. The baby had the hiccups for the first time this week and that was a trip. She moves A LOT and it is fun to feel her respond to voices, music and loud noises.
Mark and I are all ramped up for her to come. The nursery is almost finished, still on the prowl for a chair. I am pretty satisfied with it and am really glad that Mark and I are both crafty and like making things to display in our homes.
We bought our stroller- a sweet Chicco travel system. I love it!
I have a shower with my ward next weekend and then I think we should be set! Still so weird to think that in a few short weeks we will be bringing her home!

86 more days @ 98.2 degrees......

For starters...a little about Mark and myself. We have been married 5 years, 2 months and 3 days. We met at Utah State and sealed the deal in May of 2003. We packed up and moved to Arizona almost three years ago and have been alive and thriving ever since. I work currently for University of Phoenix and Mark is a superintendent for DR Horton homes. We love going to movies and concerts and we really look forward to doing both in 2010 when we can return to the social scene....read on.......

On February 2nd of this year we found out that we were expecting. We were super excited and me being the analytical person I am, had to be conifrmed with a minimum of 26 pregnancy tests. The ride has been a total trip. And since I am blogging and not in throwing range of anyone, I can safely say that being pregnant has been pretty easy. I have heartburn ever present as a constant reminder and the chocolate milk/sourcream and onion Pringle kick as well. In May we found out we are having a baby girl. If my calculations are correct- she is the 13th girl of 15 grandbabies for the Williamsons.....we have all decided it is due to the testosterone overload Williamson men exude...not enough to go around :)

The nursey still needs a lot of work- I did purchase a crib last night and the bedding is here. We, well, I should say "I", picked out a super bright green color that doesn't match anything so thanks to my loving husband we are repainting...I know, I know. We are heading to Utah the first week in August so ideally I would like to have everything finished by then so when we can come home I can just nest and get ready to be a mommy.
Well- I am sure that was 5 whole minutes wasted for some of you....but....for those of you that can't get enough, 7/24 we are getting our 3-D ultrasound so tune in next time for that update!
